Customer Service Representative supports our office and account in completing administrative processes, resolving process exceptions, and monitoring and printing customer Load sheets and Bills of Lading. In this role, you are a part recruiter and part educator. Through your knowledge, care, and understanding, you educate candidates on the benefits and challenges of being an over-the-road driver.
